Organizational development
- Setting up the supply chain organization from scratch: Established the order handling process, set up the physical warehouse, implemented the necessary automation systems, built the team, and negotiated service level agreements with both customers and suppliers.
Operational management
- Managing daily supply chain operations: Responsible for overseeing a team of 25 FTEs in the daily operations.
- Supply & demand planning: Continuously aligned with both Sales and Procurement to effectively manage inventory.
- Handling RMAs and service orders: Managed the processing of returns (RMAs) and the fulfillment of service orders.
- Implementing process improvements: Continuously optimized processes to improve efficiency.
Results
- Logistics infrastructure ready to efficiently handle purchase and sales orders.
- Highly motivated team maintaining a high standard of quality in daily operations.
